As a nationally recognized expert in Teen Mental Health and Teen/Family related issues, I have spent my career working, training, speaking, and providing consultation and therapy in a variety of settings. I also work with young adults transitioning to real-life and provide therapy and coaching to navigate the challenges in real time.
I have extensive experience working with complex cases, diverse family systems and dynamics, and nuanced situations. I work with teens and young adults directly as well as provide consultation and intensive coaching services for parents and family.
When I say “I get it”, I really do. I’ve seen pretty much whatever you can throw at me, and no situation is too challenging. I work side by side with my clients, lock step, to support you in your journey to your ideal situation.
