If your insurance plan is not on our current list of providers, we can do a few things:

1. Bill as an out of network provider if possible
2. Charge our private pay rate and supply you with a Super Bill to provide to your insurance company for potential reimbursement
3. Simply utilize our sliding scale private pay rates.
